1. About Taxmosis LLC

Taxmosis LLC offers educational tax planning and advisory services to clients across the United States for a fee. These services include—but are not limited to—tax minimization strategies, entity structuring, estate planning, and Qualified Opportunity Zone consulting.

Please note: We do not prepare or file tax returns directly. Tax return preparation and filing are performed by Herbert Financial Group Inc., a licensed financial services provider and our 50% equity partner.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;

• Reside in the United States;

• Provide accurate and complete information;

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3. Services Provided

We provide educational information on:

• Tax optimization and entity structuring strategies

• Tax education and advisory

• Coordination with licensed tax preparers at Herbert Financial Group Inc.

• Strategic financial planning (non-investment)

We do not provide:

• Direct tax filing

• Audit defense

• Legal advice or investment recommendations

4. Partner Services

Herbert Financial Group Inc. is a licensed provider of tax preparation services and handles all client tax filings. You may be required to sign separate agreements with them. Taxmosis LLC is not responsible for services performed independently by Herbert Financial Group Inc.

5. Fees & Payments

Our fees are disclosed upfront and may be charged as flat rates, hourly, or retainer-based depending on the scope of engagement.

• Payment is due prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed.

• Payments are processed securely.

• All sales are final once services have been initiated.

6. No Guarantees

We aim to help you minimize taxes by education through legal strategies. However, we do not guarantee:

• Specific tax outcomes or refunds

• Audit avoidance

• Reduction of liability

7. Confidentiality & Security

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, design, and logos—is the property of Taxmosis LLC or its partners. You may not reuse, copy, or distribute without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
